Major of the Master in Financial Management
The Master in Financial Management – Major in Corporate Investment Banking is designed to provide the skills and expertise needed to understand the operational and management mechanisms of banks and other financial intermediaries, with a particular focus on investment banking.
Students will develop knowledge in line with the most modern techniques and operating methods established in the sector, which, in recent years, has necessarily had to reorganize its foundations and strategic directions in line with new business models and technological evolution.
The teaching method is designed to enable the development of solid processing and analytical skills, suited to the current banking/financial system. In general, participants will explore new investment banking solutions, aimed at providing a more modern and higher value-added service to clients, optimizing credit portfolios, and understanding the impact of this new business on banks' liquidity. The curriculum of the Major in Corporate Investment Banking and the Master in Financial Management is designed to ensure and progressively support the professional and personal growth of participants. The learning experience is comprised of lectures, case studies, and group work sessions. It also involves a high-level faculty of academics and professionals.
Throughout the Master's program, students will receive ongoing support from the Career Service to help them acquire and develop skills that will enhance their employability. The Career Service will also offer direct support in finding a curricular internship.
