The Major in Amministrazione, Finanza e Controllo thoroughly covers the fundamental topics of Administration, Finance, and Control, adopting an approach that is up-to-date with the latest business practices, yet firmly anchored in theory and academic research. The curriculum of the Major is designed to ensure and progressively support participants' professional and personal growth. The learning experience comprises lectures, case studies, and group work sessions. It also involves a high-level faculty of academics and professionals.
The program will enable participants to improve their ability to read and interpret financial statements; analyze economic and financial equilibrium; prepare and interpret consolidated financial statements; assess the impact of taxation on the economy and business management; define a strategic plan consistent with the company's mission and vision; perform accurate cost analyses for decision-making purposes; prepare and manage a budget; structure an effective reporting system; design and manage modern performance control systems; effectively raise financial resources to optimize capital structure; and implement major extraordinary corporate transactions, understand their mechanisms, and assess their economic viability.
Throughout the Master's program, students will receive ongoing support from the Career Service to help them acquire and develop skills that will enhance their employability. The Career Service will also offer direct support in finding a curricular internship.
