What really motivates people? How can you attract and retain top talent within your organization? How can you design an effective performance evaluation system? What's the right mix of fixed and variable compensation? These are just some of the questions the Master's in Human Resources Management and Organization addresses, giving participants the opportunity to gain a full understanding of the dynamics that govern people management within organizations.
Participants will learn to address the key challenges facing HR departments through a combination of applied research, theory, and management practice.
Furthermore, they will develop the skills needed to implement key HR management practices, thanks also to direct contact with significant managerial experiences.
Finally, they will have the opportunity to develop analytical, results-oriented, listening, teamwork, and communication skills, which are particularly important for success in the world of HR management.
Throughout the Master's program, students will receive ongoing support from the Career Service to help them acquire and develop skills that will enhance their employability. The Career Service will also offer direct support in finding a curricular internship.
