The course is structured around three interconnected building blocks to build student competencies in this key area.  The course is designed to equip students with advanced skills to help them:  development of knowledge, skills and competencies in data science, namely statistics and programming for business analytics  develop a critical managerial perspective of business analytics projects and their management  understand application and critical evaluation of analytics in different business domains (e.g. marketing, information systems, operations)  Gain an in-depth application of business analytics through an individual research or consultancy project. 

The course aims to meet the burgeoning demand for digital marketing education in the market place by providing an up-to-date, comprehensive, and critical understanding of the discipline, with knowledge, skills and expertise to prepare postgraduates robustly for the modern business environment.
