The biggest aspect I would highlight of my Master is definitely the people. EADA does a very good job in selecting the participants to create a diverse and dynamic environment. The professors are very practical and have relevant hands-on experience in their respective fields, which was very refreshing after studying a bachelor that was more theory orientated. You learn a lot by constantly working with people from different backgrounds with different views and mindsets than yourself and that lends perspective to how I approach most things in my day to day life, both personally and professionally.

If there is one thing in which EADA really stands out, it’s the soft skill training. Coming from a technical background, this was something that hadn’t really been part of my education before and I had the chance to develop this at EADA. It is clear that it is one of the highest priorities of the school to teach its students to be self confident and to get their message across. Things like Collbato and frequent presentations contribute to this and I already notice that this has often helped me reach my goal in a professional setting. I believe this unique aspect is the point of differentiation between EADA and other business schools. The classes are filled with a lot of different backgrounds, both educationally and culturally, that there is so much to learn from your fellow students alone. Besides this melting pot of people you’ll learn about the fundamentals of business that will get you ready for your career. You’ll learn how to develop yourself more and look at things from different perspectives. This will give you a lot of benefits in both your professional and personal life. All of that in the city center of the amazing city of Barcelona. It will be one the best experiences you’ve had so far. EADA is an unforgettable, international experience that prepares you for your lifelong career.

I further developed my interpersonal skills during my Master which are invaluable in consulting because you’re always talking to people. Having such a practical course with hands-on teachers really gave me real-world experience in things like project management, teamwork, and relevant business knowledge. But even less tangible stuff like soft skills at Collbato that taught me to get out of my comfort zone and to try new things. It was also the best year of my life because we had so many great opportunities at EADA, the programme was super practical, which I loved, Barcelona is a great city to live in and we had the most amazing, cool, international cohort, and had a lot of fun times! EADA means lifelong memories and friendships.

EADA case study methodology helped me increase my analytical skills, and the Leadership Development Programme in the Collbató Campus, made me improve several soft skills, such as teamwork, communication, and leadership, that are crucial in my daily basis interactions as a manager. Studying at EADA was one of the best experiences that I had. Sharing a classroom with a group of wise and multicultural colleagues that helped me grow, both personally and professionally, was one of my favourite aspects during this experience. The know-how and expertise of all the professors and directors that I had, together with the unconditional support that they give us, made me feel engaged and motivated through the entire master. The modern and innovative facilities that the University has, and being exposed to the Barcelona lifestyle, also contributed decisively for my fulfillment as an EADA student.

EADA has been an amazing experience to me at all levels. It has expanded my network with friends from all over the globe that will become successful professionals, it has taught me hard skills, has helped in developing the soft ones and has inspired me to pursue a career in consulting.

I use what I learned at EADA every day. The soft skills that I developed at the Residential Training Campus are vital to my understanding of leadership, empathy and adaptation, and I apply what I learned there regularly in meetings, negotiations, projects and work in teams.

The most valuable takeaway from the International Master in Tourism & Hospitality Management was to learn to be more multifunctional and to adapt to changes around me.

The Master’s helped me identify my professional strengths and weaknesses, while reigniting my passion for learning. The Master’s Program definitely gave me a holistic understanding of the key sustainability challenges and the interconnected nature of them. The intensity of the Master’s program, with multiple projects going on at once, has definitely helped with my organization skills in my current role at Innovation Forum.

The fact that it really covers all the thematics that you need to thrive while working in the pharmaceutical industry while using the case study methodology that prepares you for real situations. The leadership development program in Collbató helps a lot, not only to understand yourself more, your strengths and weaknesses, but also to develop the mindset you need to keep growing and knowing how to adapt to change and give your best in all situations. It changed my vision, my perception of the world and of this industry. It is really more than a master in which you will develop skills.

What I've learned in the past five months, I've definitely been able to apply on a professional level and I've also been able to apply it on a personal level. It really gives you an example of how you can apply all the theoretical knowledge frameworks and methogologies to the real life.

I think the professors have been very efficiently on combining the academic and the practices with the real cases. It is really easy to contact with them and they are very responsive.

It did expand the perspective. You get a little bit more critical, and you kind of see how sustainability actually relates to every piece of decision-making, and how you can implement it every day in terms of how you actually approach things.
