Lead, collaborate, inspire, and be inspired. Master the challenges of management, innovation, and strategy in global organizations through in-depth courses, live projects, and an exchange term at another top university. Upon acceptance to the MSc program in International Business, you are pre-approved to begin the CEMS Master in International Management in your second year, making you eligible for a double degree.
You will work at an advanced level with topics focused on managing and developing global organizations. Throughout the program, you will use strategic and marketing tools to contextualize the firm and explore how firms influence their competitive environments. You will also learn how to foster growth and prosperity from within, through innovations and management practices that build operational excellence.
Leadership and teamwork in multicultural contexts are both studied and practiced through live projects and group work, and reflected upon through interactions with executives. Ethics and CSR are integrated across several courses to reflect the role they should play in everyday decision-making. Language and skills training provide essential management communication tools for your future work. You will work on real, live projects alongside corporate partners of both CEMS and SSE.
The program has an advisory board with members from leading positions in various industries. The board acts as a discussion partner and provides expert advice to the program from an employer perspective.
