This is an open class with prof. James Whittle, teaching at Rome Business School on the effect of the mobile web on digital marketing.
In 2016 the number of visits to websites from mobile devices overtook those from desktops. In 2018 Google reprioritized the indexing of websites based on how they perform on mobile devices. The Web has quietly become a mobile-first space, but digital marketing is still catching up with this fact. We discuss the implications in terms of site design, mobile advertising, and introduce techniques to excel in mobile SEO.
