Founded in 1903 by Ernest Solvay, renowned Belgian chemical industrialist, Solvay Brussels School is the faculty of Economics and Management of the Université Libre de Bruxelles. School Information

Founded in 1903 by Ernest Solvay, renowned Belgian chemical industrial, Solvay Brussels School is the faculty of Economics and Management of the Université Libre de Bruxelles, one of the largest universities in Belgium. Ever since, the school has built up a tradition of excellence and innovation in business and economics learning, fuelled by deep connections within Brussels' multi-national entrepreneurial network. Today, SBS is the best known and trusted business school in Belgium by both students and employers. Followingly, the quality of learning at our school is both certified by and benchmarked against the European Quality Improvement System (EQUIS label), the leading worldwide business school accreditation system.

  • Master's degree from a recognized institution (you can apply during your final year of study) OR

  • 3 or 4 years' Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution (for this type of degree, there may be additional requirements)

Admission

REQUIREMENTS

Eligible applicants must hold one of the following:

  • Master or Master of Science Degree or equivalent (four or five years of study overall) OR
  • Bachelor's Degree with 180 ECTS credits or equivalent preferably followed by 1-3 years of work experience

If the applicant deems it relevant, he/she can support the application with:

  • Letters of reference
  • Any other certificate (GMAT, GRE, English proficiency, and so on)

If eligible, applicants will go through an admission interview with the Academic Director and the Admission officer.
