With at least five years of managerial experience behind you, now is the time to accelerate to more senior leadership positions. This Executive Master’s is purpose-designed to strengthen your leadership toolbox – with flexible study which means there’s no need to give up your present role.
At the program’s core are four leadership-focused distance learning modules of 12 weeks’ duration each.

Driving Financial Performance
Delivering Operational Excellence
Leading the Transformation
Each module incorporates a specialized Masterclass, covering the Metaverse and its impact on the industry; blockchain technology; crisis management in hospitality; and retaining talent – new challenges.
Once you’ve completed the taught curriculum, you will have a further six months to undertake a Capstone Project or Applied Business Project before you earn a Joint Diploma from ESSEC and Glion.
