The Advantere Master in Real Estate Finance (MREF) prepares you for careers at the intersection of finance, investment, and real estate.
The program combines a rigorous foundation in finance with specialized training in real estate valuation, investment, development and project finance, asset and portfolio management, debt and capital markets, private equity, transactions, and ESG, giving students the financial and analytical skills required across the real estate investment industry.

The MREF was developed in collaboration with senior industry professionals to address a real talent need in Real Estate Finance. Its Industry Experts Committee brings together leaders from organizations such as Blackstone, CBRE, Hines, JLL, Savills, Colliers, and Merlin Properties, helping ensure the program remains closely connected to the realities of the market.
