Advantere School of Management
Madrid, Spain
The Master in Real Estate Finance (MREF) at Advantere is designed as a smart, strategic gateway into finance for early-career professionals seeking clarity and long-term employability. In an industry that is increasingly competitive, automated, and uncertain, the MREF offers a clear and low-risk entry point through one of the most resilient and in-demand sectors: real estate. The program has been developed in close coordination with leading companies in the real estate sector, ensuring strong alignment with real market needs and clear recruiting pathways from the outset.
Built with the guidance of an Advisory Board of senior experts in European real estate and finance, the MREF combines academic rigor with deep industry relevance. Students learn finance applied to real assets through financial modelling, valuation, and investment decision-making, working on real cases designed with professionals. Employability is embedded into the program’s design through small cohorts, close faculty interaction, and continuous exposure to industry practices. Taught 100% in English, with an international cohort and a residential period at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., the MREF prepares graduates for roles in investment and asset management, private equity, advisory, and real estate teams within investment banks. The MREF is not about choosing a master—it’s about making a smart, strategic first move in your career.
