Smith's Master of Internatinal Business is a unque professional graduate program for students seeking global opportunities. With a host of international exchange destinations provided by the schools extensive network of top business school partners around the world, students can create a dynamic learning experience that takes them around the world. Queen's MIB students experience international on many levels during the program. International in the classroom, provided by the diverse student body with students from more than 25 countries each year, international content and curriculum that helps develop a truly global mindset and again the opporutntiy to experience a second international learning enviroment through mandatory mobility options. Students can also choose to further specialize their education by pursuing a double degree opportunity where they would earn a second masters degree for less money and in less time than if they had completed the degrees seperately.

We are seeking exceptionally motivated candidates who have demonstrated academic excellence; possess an international outlook; are accepting of and sensitive to other cultures; possess strong communication skills; have exhibited leadership, or leadership potential; have displayed integrity and a strong sense of ethics; possess superior communication and interpersonal skills; and enjoy working in a team environment.
Successful candidates typically present one of the following educational profiles:

A bachelor’s degree in business from an accredited university with an average of B+ (approximately equivalent to 75%) or better in the final two years of their degree.

At a minimum, these candidates must have successfully completed introductory business courses in the following areas:
- Financial accounting
- Macroeconomics
- Introduction to finance
- Introduction to marketing
