Ashridge is a place where tradition meets innovation - in one of the most beautiful locations in England.

Ashridge was one of the first business school worldwide to create a Sustainability Research Centre in 1996. Holding a triple AMBA, AACSB and EQUIS accreditation, the school incorporates sustainable development and learning objectives in the content and assessment methods of its Masters, open and customised programmes. Ashridge Business School was also one of the first schools to become a signatory to the United Nations Principles for Responsible Management Education.

As a business school our role is to help leaders think through the implications of upcoming sustainability challenges for both commercial success and broader societal wellbeing. Specialising in sustainable leadership, each year the school works with over 6,000 managers from 850 organisations in 60 countries.

Our vision is for Ashridge is to be a sustainable venue of choice for all our clients. We have already achieved the ISO 14001 Standard and this is the result of our commitment and efforts in the areas of energy use, water, waste and procurement. The site has now replaced approximately 70% of the lights on site with low energy using LEDs and is rolling out light level and motion sensor controls. We continue to invest in energy efficient technology and all our copier paper is 100% recycled content, whilst we procure 100% renewable electricity and none of our waste goes to landfill.
