Since its founding over 50 years ago, the institution has forged strong ties with the business world, for which it serves as a platform for education, innovation and dialogue. To this end, ESADE works on the quest for progress and new solutions in all that relates to corporate social responsibility, knowledge management, entrepreneurship, and new challenges in the management of people within organizations.
ESADE’s MSc Programmes in Management are innovative one year programmes delivered entirely in English at the Barcelona-Sant Cugat campus for recent graduates in management or related disciplines who are starting out on their professional career.
There are three different Master of Science programmes: Master in International Management, Master in Marketing Management and Master in Finance. Participants can also opt to take the Combined Programme, leading to a double degree: the ESADE Msc Programme in Management and the CEMS Master in International Management conferred by the Community of European Management Schools.
The methodology of the MSc Programmes in Management is focused on the participant and is completely oriented toward developing management skills and competencies through diversity and the integration of information technologies. Taught by academics and professionals who are renowned in their fields, these programmes ensure that participants acquire a practical vision of the business world.
The MSc Programmes participants have access to the Career Services. This service liaises with companies and organisations that recruit ESADE graduates, matching candidates' profiles with their vacancies. Every year ESADE Career Services deal with personnel selection for over 1,200 organisations in 30 countries. On completing the participants and launching out on their professional careers participants become part of the ESADE Alumni Association, an outstanding international network of 38,000 professionals working all around the world.
